Our Pastor
Pastor Wes Witcher Jr. ,is the son of Bishop Charlie W. Witcher Sr. & First Lady Brenda J. Witcher. He is a native of Callands, Virginia where he attended the Pittsylvania County Schools. He graduated from Chatham High School in 1989 and completed Lowery University of Music in Rosemont, Illinois. He is married to Lorrie A. Witcher from this beautiful union a daughter, Lauren A. Witcher was born. Pastor Witcher’s Christian life began at the Mt. Zion Way of the Cross Church in Callands, Virginia under the leadership of the late Bishop Robert B. Fuller. At Mt. Zion Way of the Cross Church he was baptized and filled with the Holy Ghost and severed as a musician. He learned how to play a variety of instruments and many know him as (Doc Wes) the Bass Player, were he played for numerous of groups and Gospel Artist.
Pastor Witcher recorded his own CD titled PK& Determined in the year 2000, where they traveled many places and opened up for Pastor Shirley Caesar.
In 2004 Wes co-produced a CD with the Noel C. Taylor Community Choir where he wrote the title cut “Get Your House in Order”. In January of 2006 he was called into the Ministry and in October of 2009 was Ordained to Elder. He served faithfully under his father (Bishop C.W. Witcher Sr.) at the New Life Apostolic Church in Chatham, Virginia as Minister of Music & later Evangelism. While serving at New Life Pastor Witcher was call to serve at Mount Rock Baptist Church in Forest, Virginia were he gained great knowledge serving in the role of Interim Pastor. Later in 2013 he was called to First Church of Jesus and after serving 6 months as Interim Pastor He transition into Pastor.
He is Co-owner of Miracle Hands of Massage Therapy in Rocky Mount, VA. He resides in Hardy, Virginia and is also the Formulation Manager at Change Cola Roanoke, VA & Altavista, VA. Currently He is in the process of building a business and Ministry, PK (Preacher Kids) Productions business that installs live sound equipment for churches and live sound engineering for gospel concerts, weddings, recordings, and corporate events. PK Productions on the Ministry side started a Preachers Kids Conference that bring PK’S together from all over the US to help empower each other and minister to the hurts and struggles of being a PK. Pastor Wes is a man of faith and power and believes that “It’s not about me but All about Jesus” Pastor Witcher’s goal is to Preach God’s word with clarity and power that it may cause many to come to Christ and be saved.

Our First Lady
First Lady Lorrie A. Witcher, is the daughter of the late Lawrence & Darlene Harper. She was baptized in Jesus Name at the age of sixteen. She joined the Jerusalem Way of the cross Church in Rocky Mount, Virginia under the leadership of the late Bishop C.W. Hairston & First Lady Dorthy Hairston. She was active in the choir as one of the lead singers. In 1991 she she married Pastor Wes Witcher Jr. after meeting him in a church convocation, look at God putting things together. First Lady served faithfully at New Life Apostolic Church under the leadership of her father-in-law Bishop Charlie Witcher Sr. & First Lady Brenda Witcher. She served faithfully as a choir lead singer, Sunday school teacher and Youth President. In 2014 she joined First Church of Jesus to help her husband in the Ministry. Lady Lorrie and Pastor Wes aslo have a 21 year old daughter Lauren Witcher who is a member of FCOJ.
As a visionary she put on the first Women's Conferenceat FCOJ "Walking in excellecy with God" Her vision is to inspire women to be come kingdom women of God. She is very passionate about the word of God abd reading inspirational books. She worked for Allstate Insurance for 16 years and now has her own business MHOM celebrating 12 years. Lady
Witcher served as the Chair of the Stonecroft Ministries Christian Women's Club, serving for two years leading ladies to christ by developing bible studies and prayer groups. She encourage & equipped young christians to grow under the directions of the holy spirit. Lady Witcher planned special events throghout the year to expand outreach and generated new enthusiasm. Lady Witcher grounds her life in prayer. She exhibits a compassionate heart and desires to reach the women in her community. Lady Witcher demonstrates spiritual leadership & communicates effectively.
